The Parkour is the activity of moving from one point to the next as rapidly as possible by negotiating obstacles running, jumping, climbing and flipping.

At XSA Martial Arts we have a 12 foot running wall that the students will learn how to run up, spin on and flip off. Students will also learn how to negotiate their way on, around and off of our in house parkour table.
